my kids and i we`re 7mos. staying now in japan. i want to be separated with my husband. he hits me for many times now. my kids are now even having a phobia , because he hits me infront of them. we don`t have a nice conversation, he immediately gets angry then he hits me. we live with his parents and his parents are afraid of him, they can`t talk to their own son either because they are afraid they will be hit too. he won`t listen to anyone, he has his own beliefs. he doesn`t have job since december, i got a job last november that`s why he`s depending on my salary now. i buy diapers, milk, food and i give part of my salary also to my husband and my mother in law. i can`t take it anymore, i don`t even feel well because i work at night, i can`t sleep well because i have to baby sit, cook for my son`s food and do household chores. i can take these hardships maybe without my husband hitting me. i have fall out of love because of this. i want to be separated, i want to live long, i have my dreams for my kids. i want to be separated with him and go back to philippines. but, may i know the rights of my kids being japanese kids. please, help me…..
