Evermore: a WordPress plugin

Saturday, 21 May 2005

Evermore is a WordPress plugin that automatically abbreviates all posts when they appear on a multiple-post page such as the main blog page. Readers will simply see a “teaser” rather than the full post. It has the same effect as putting <!--more--> after the first paragraph of every post. All formatting and HTML tags are preserved in the abbreviated post.

For an example of this, see my site Bennettarium.

For details and download, see the main Evermore page.

  2. It’s great! But it’s not compatible with “Static Front Page”:

The link of more of front page didn’t work!

  3. I should use to avoid the condition.

  4. Use <!–nevermore–> to avoid the condition.
