When they found out about the bad thing I did, they said that I was responsible. Then they said I was irresponsible. So what am I supposed to think?

To avoid offense when asked to guess how old people are, just guess that they are the same age as you. It may be completely wrong, but if they get offended, you can say, "Why? What's wrong with that age?" Suddenly, you're the victim!
