Some random musings
To avoid nasty shocks in the morning, it's best if you read only yesterday's newspaper. If there's anything really upsetting in it, you'll probably already have heard it from other people or TV the previous day; so the paper won't give you any unpleasant surprises.

I didn't think of anything this month. How can I be expected to? It's hard enough to fit all my other monthly tasks into only 28 days, let alone finding time to think.

Driving speed limits specify a
allowed speed. So why do people treat it as if it were a minimum?
"Speed up - you're not even doing the limit!"
