Now I can save them with a single click, and easily come back to them later on, whether I&#8217;m at work or at home. Now you can do this too.<\/p>\n<p>This uses Peter Parkes&#8217;s ingenious <a href=\"http:\/\/hiddenchemistry.com\/2005\/03\/09\/one-delicious-click\/\">One del.icio.us click<\/a> bookmarklet. As with so many things, you get the best results if you use Firefox, but it&#8217;s still useful if you use another browser and RSS reader.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Save the <a href=\"javascript:location.href='http:\/\/del.icio.us\/username?v=2&#038;url='+encodeURIComponent(location.href)+'&#038;description='+encodeURIComponent(document.title)+'&#038;tags=toread'\">To Read<\/a> bookmarklet in Firefox&#8217;s Bookmarks Toolbar Folder. This puts a &#8220;To Read&#8221; button in the toolbar. (In Internet Explorer you can use the Links folder; I don&#8217;t know about other browsers.)\n<\/li>\n<li>Edit the bookmarklet and replace <em>username<\/em> with your del.icio.us user name.\n<\/li>\n<li>Go to any website and click your new &#8220;To Read&#8221; bookmarklet. Nothing much seems to happen, but&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Go to del.icio.us\/<em>your-user-name<\/em>\/toread and you&#8217;ll see the site has been added to this new category.<\/li>\n<li>In Firefox, create a Live Bookmark for this RSS feed. (To do this, click the little orange box at the bottom-right of the Firefox window.)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Now whenever I&#8217;m on the Web, whether at home or at work, my &#8220;To Read&#8221; list is right there in the Bookmarks menu.
