In true Hong Kong style, it&#8217;s related to money &#8211; in this case, to horse racing, the only legal form of gambling here.<\/p>\n<p class=\"image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/bennett\/wp\/wp-content\/res\/horses-currency.jpg\" height=\"186\" width=\"205\" alt=\"The Currency Horse\" \/><\/p>\n<p>To celebrate the December racing carnival, each year the Hong Kong Jockey Club places a number of decorated racehorses around Hong Kong.
