am an enginer holding 3yr visa,all i want to knw whether i can apply for my dad n mom for dependent visa or not.am still not married,afterall i will manage my dad mom,want to marry..can dat be possible?

Marie, you should be eligible for a spouse visa, which allows you to work full-time.

My wife and I are working in Japan. We are on PR status here. Our child also lives with us. Now I am planning to invite my parents and get them settled with us here in Japan. They usually visit us on tourist visa. Can they get dependent visa for Japan? No one is there to take care of them in my hometown and they are getting older. I am worried about their health and want them to live with me in Japan.

Sony, I believe that dependent visas are available for dependent spouse or children only, not parents.
My parents live and work in japan. And I also have dependent visa i have visited japan for 2 times. And now I am married but my wife don’t japan’s visa.And it’s creating a big problem for me i don’t have any, idea what to do.Is it possible for me to take my wife with me in japan in my dependent visa???
bipin, I think that a dependent visa only applies to you if you are under 18. I don’t know whether your wife can get a dependent visa…
I know Bennett, dependent visa are only for me and i have visited japan 2 time in my dependent visa i can easily go japan and come back, but now i’m planning to take my wife with me and now my age is 18 over also. Plz help me to get answer of my question.
bipin, if you have a visa (not a dependent visa) then your wife can apply for a visa as your dependent. She should contact her local Japanese embassy.
