Hi! I overstayed in Japan until the japanese immigration caught me in my apartment. I went there to work for my family’s future. I have fallen in love with the culture, history, and the people of Japan. I used a different name. i was so desperate back then.. Im planning to go back to Japan but this time around, I plan to do it the right way. Is there a way for me to go back to the country i love without resorting to illegal means?? I really wanna go back there legally.. . I hope some of you can give me tips to be in the land of the rising sun legally…

Am I hopeless ?? My wife is a permanent resident in US and she wants me to go to US. She said its more lucrative and we have abrighter future there compare to Japan, but i really love Japan and i plan to go to your country and ask my wife and kids to live with me in Japan.. My problem is that i overstayed in japan and was caught by japanese immigration 3 years ago.. I really want to go back to your country legally this time.. is there a chance for me or im hopeless ? Im willing to sacrifice an office job in US and work as a laborer/factory worker in Japan. I just love Japan. I love the food, culture, history, and the people… i hope i still have a chance.. i really regret my decision to overstay in Japan. I just want to give you information about a guy from the phils that will go again to your country and will do his same penalty before as (TNT)or overstaying on in japan..i dont know if he is now in japan while im writting this letter to you…
coz i know he have visa from japan(her sister always used to be his sponsor who is married to a japanese men..)he told me that he will do another “overstaying”so he can earn more money but he didnt help his son that he abandoned for 12yrs…he deported in japan last 2004 or 2005 and he applied for another visa again so he could stay again and work as hosto in japan…
her sister lives in saitama and fukuoka…
hope you could give an action with this matter…

I would like to report this person though she already got her temporary visa. Her name is Roseth Macasinag Fukuda aka Cherry Fukuda, living in Mansei-cho Yokohama. She was an over stay before in Japan but luckily she was not caught by the immigration people that were known in good at finding over stays in Japan (I hope that our immigration people are doing their job). She then lived in with guy before she met her husband. She is working in a Club called BISTRO as an entertainer but she usually go out with her customer to have sex… actually she’s like a WHORE deceiving her customer to take her out and making out stories (gossip) about her colleagues to get their customer. Cherry got pregnant before with her previous boyfriend then have the baby aborted for Y100,000. Anyway she’s waiting for the release of her permanent visa that was sponsored by her hubby, but she is planning to leave the poor old man after she get her visa. She will then elope with one of her customer. She also lies with her husband and friends telling them stories that are not true like her relative in the Philippines car napped her Starex van though she doesn’t have a van at all. Poor relatives they already helped her by taking care of her child but she never thought of that instead she take the kid away from her relatives who helped her raise the child then just left the kid to a friend.
THIS MAY BE A REPORT BUT ALSO A WARNING TO ALL THE PEOPLE WHO ARE TRYING TO DEAL WITH ROSETH MACASINAG FUKUDA aka CHERRY FUKUDA. DON’T BE DECIEVE BY HER STORIES AND LIES, BE CAREFUL IN DEALING WITH CHERRY FUKUDA, AVOID LISTENING AND BELIEVING HER OR YOU WILL BE ONE OF HER VICTIM. SHE’S NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

hello po sa inyong lahat, hingi po sn ako ng advaise may,anak po ako sa japanese, at sa pinas po kami nag kakilala ng tatay ng anak ko,hindi nya po nininchin ang anak nmin, kc may pamilya sya dto sa japan,pero may pirma po sya sa birtcertificate ng anak ko,hangang nag asawa na po ako ng japanese,at dinala ko po ang anak ko dito sa japan,dito narin po sya nag aaral..ang unang visang natangap nmin ng anak ko 1 year and 3 years tapos po nag apply ako ng permanent visa, sinabay ko po ang anak ko sa pag apply ng permanent visa nung april 25,2011 ang tapos po ng visa ko october 29 po, kaya nag apply po ako ng 3 years, nung october 25, october 27 po may dumating na hagaki galing sa immigration kulang daw ang mga docoments ko may chek ng ejuken ang hagaking natangap ko, pumunta kami ng asawa ko sa immigration at binigay namin ang mga kulang na docoments,after one week dumating yung extention ng visa ko, kya lang ang natangap ko lang one year,hangang ngayun waiting permanent visa parin ako,wala ding call ang immigration at wala ding nag chechek sa bahay nmin??itong december balak nming umuwi ng anak ko para mag celebrate ng crismas sa pinas, kya lang nag aalala ako kc waiting permanent visa ako,pwde kyang umuwi ng pilipinas??kahit nag wawaiting ako ng ejuken??please answers me, asap thank you po and GOD bless sa inyong lahat,
