gud day! i have a son 1 year old,and his father was a korean,but his nationality is japan and he live in japan,we are not married,but he did acknowledge my son by signing in my son birth certificate,my concearn is my son right to his father and he can go to japan to study there.

hello there..i need someone hu can help m..i dont know what to do..last year i got married to a japaneese guy and now hes in jail for 7 months now i wana file a divorce but icant extend my visa..i have 2 months left to stay here in japan but i have bf now hus supporting me..he wants to mArry me..but since we cant get married for 10 months..what should i do?do i need to come back to phil.and wait or stay here without visa?pls help guys..im confused..

For 16 (1987-2004) years I waited to have a chance for our daughter to meet Suemi Onishi. I found out in Aug 2007, after 20 years, through mysterious or miraculous means that he died in 1997. I am so emotionally tired. He seemed to have died filled with heartaches, and pains that we, as his loving family did not even come together even for a single moment. He wouldn’t let me rest. He haunts me. I have done every humanly possible way I could to search for his messages. I believe that he left messages for us. I am waiting for the time the heavens would open up to give what his heart contained. I am so emotionally drained. No matter how hard I try to live normally, to live an excellent, dignified, respectable life for our family, he keeps on haunting me.
my kids and i we`re 7mos. staying now in japan. i want to be separated with my husband. he hits for many times now. my kids are now even having a phobia , because he hits me infront of them. we don`t have a nice conversation, he immediately gets angry then he hits me. we live with his parents and his parents are afraid of him, they can`t talk to their own son either because they are afraid they will be hit too. he won`t listen to anyone, he has his own beliefs. he doesn`t have job since december, i got a job last november that`s why he`s depending on my salary now. i buy diapers, milk, food and i give part of my salary also to my husband and my mother in law. i can`t take it anymore, i don`t even feel well because i work at night, i can`t sleep well because i have to baby sit, cook for my son`s food and do household chores. i can take these hardships maybe without my husband hitting me. i have fall out of love because of this. i want to be separated, i want to live long, i have my dreams for my kids. i want to be separated with him and go back to philippines. but, may i know the rights of my kids being japanese kids. please, help me…..

hello po. ask ko lang po if ung mga nakapag apply po ba ng 4 visa ng taong 2003 or 2004 ma dedetect pa po ba sa immigration? kasi ung isang ka grupo namin nagka visa ngaun ang problema biglang kinansel ung sa kanya dhil hinold ng immigration, kasi nakita don ung lumang apply niya ay na deny..pki sagot po kasi naguguluhan po ako dhil ngkaron din po ako ng dating apply last 2004 baka po kasi ganun din po mangyari sa akn eh mag quit na po ako habang di pa ako na vivsahan.. waiting visa na din po kasi ako ngaun.. sana po matulungan niyo po ako..
